Two Presentations Given at AIChE Annual Meeting

Two oral presentations from the Banta Lab were presented at the 2018 Annual Meeting of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers in Pittsburgh, PA.  Walaa Abdallah presented a talk entitled "Engineering the active site microenvironment of a thermostable alcohol dehydrogenase as a means to modulate kinetic activity".  Yuta Inaba presented a talk entitled "Development of genetic tools for the biomining bacterium Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans".
