Three presentations from the Banta Lab were given at the 2022 American Chemical Society Annual Meeting which was held in person in San Diego, CA. Emma Willet gave a hybrid presentation entitled "Development and demonstration of a membrane-less enzymatic ATP regeneration cascade powered by the oxidation of formate". Prof Banta gave an oral presentation of Nadim Massad's work entitled "Mechanistic kinetic model for formaldehyde carboligations using a designed formose enzyme". And Prof. Banta delivered an invited keynote presentation entitled "Engineering the calcium-dependent Beta Roll peptide domain for emerging biotechnology applications".
