Two new manuscripts were published in Chemical Engineering Education. Chen and Banta describe the implementation of case-based learning strategies within the Material and Energy Balances (MEB) course. And Jiang, Lucia, Banta and Chen describe a novel, remote, hands-on sourdough characterization lab that was developed for the Art of Engineering (AoE) course during the COVID-19 pandemic.
