New Funding from NY State (NYSERDA)

Professor Banta along with Professor Ronald Koder at the City College of New York have received a new 3-year, $935,000 grant from the NYSERDA Advanced Clean Energy (ACE) Exploratory Research Program.  The goal of this proposal is to develop new strains of engineered microorganisms capable of creating high value biochemical products using CO₂, water, and renewable electricity.
