New Article Published in Inorganic Chemistry

A new manuscript by Khoury, Su and Banta describes the discovery and characterization of the beta roll forming RTX domain for the binding and recovery of rare earth elements (REEs).  The peptide can bind 8 REE ions and it remains effective at low pH.  This represents a new scaffold for REE bioseparations. The new results were published in Inorganic Chemistry.
